TOSHIBA SD-P400014-inch LCD TV/DVD COMBINATION_UNLOCK_DISC REMOVAL AT EMERGENCY_DVD MECHANISM DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE
DISC REMOVAL METHOD AT NO POWER SUPPLY
> Remove the Back Cabinet.
> Slide the Rack Loading toward the arrow direction by hand to release the lock. (Refer to Fig. 1)
> Take out the Disc from the DVD Deck. Be careful not to scratch on the Disc.
PARENTAL CONTROL - RATING LEVEL - 4 DIGIT PASSWORD CANCELLATIONS
If the stored 4 digit password in the Rating Level menu needs to be cancelled
> Turn Unit ON.
> Press and hold the '7' key on the remote control unit.
> Simultaneously press and hold the 'STOP' key on the front panel.
> Hold both keys for more than 3 seconds.
> The On Screen Display message 'PASSWORD CLEAR' will appear.
> The 4 digit password has now been cleared.
TRAY LOCK
Tray cannot be opened by setting the Tray Lock.
> Turn Unit ON.
> Set the DVD to the Stop Mode.
> Press and hold the '9' key on the remote control unit.
> Simultaneously press and hold the 'STOP' key on the front panel.
> Hold both keys for more than 3 seconds.
> Press the OPEN/CLOSE key on the front panel to check the Tray Lock setting.
NB:No indications on the screen when the Tray Lock is setting.
To unlock the Tray Lock,
> Turn Unit ON.
> Set the DVD to the Stop Mode.
> Set the VOLUME to minimum.
> Press and hold the 'REC/OTR' button on the front panel.
> Simultaneously press and hold the '4' key on the remote control unit.
> Hold both keys for more than 2 second.
> The On Screen Display message 'INITIALIZE COMPLETE' will appear.
The Tray Lock has now been cleared.
NB:The above procedure will reset ALL of the player's settings to the default factory state.
DVD MECHANISM DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE
LOADING MOTOR ASS'Y/START SW PCB ASS'Y/ END SW PCB ASS'Y
* Remove the 3 screws 1.
* Remove the Loading Motor Ass'y.
* Remove the 2 screws 2.
* Remove the Motor and Loading Worm.
* Disconnect the following connector: (CP2).
* Remove the screw 3.
* Unlock the 2 supports 4 and remove the Start SW PCB Ass'y.
* Unlock the 2 supports 5 and remove the End SW PCB Ass'y.
NOTE: In case of the Loading Worm installation, check if the value of the Fig. 2-1-B is correct.
When installing the wire, install it correctly as Fig.
TRAVERSE UNIT ROD/TRAVERSE UNIT HOLDER/CD DECK/INSULATOR
* Remove the screw 1.
* Remove the Traverse Unit Rod.
* Remove the 2 screws 3.
* Unlock the 2 supports 4 and remove the CD Deck Block.
* Remove the 2 screws 5.
* Unlock the 2 supports 6 and remove the Traverse Unit Holder.
* Remove the 4 Insulators.
MOUTH ASS'Y
Remove the 2 screws 1.
Remove the Mouth Ass'y.
DISC L LEVER/DISC STOPPER/LOCKER STOPPER/ ROLLER GEAR
* Remove the screw 1.
* Remove the Disc L Lever and Disc L Lever Spring.
* Remove the Stopper Spring.
* Unlock the support 2 and remove the Locker Stopper.
* Unlock the support 3 and remove the Disc Stopper.
* Remove the Upper Roller, Roller Rubber and Roller Gear
* In case of the Upper Roller installation, install correctly as Fig.
RACK LOADING/RACK GEAR/GUIDE ARM SPRING/MID RACK GEAR
> Remove the Guide Arm Spring.
> Unlock the 3 supports 1 and remove the Rack Loading.
> Remove the Rack Gear and Mid Rack Gear.
LINK R ASS'Y/LINK L/LINK MID/LINK SPRING
* Remove the screw 1.
* Remove the Link Spring.
* Unlock the support 2 and remove the Link L.
* Unlock the support 3 and remove the Link Mid.
* Remove the screw 4.
* Unlock the 4 supports 5 and remove the Link R Ass’y
ARM ROLLER ASS'Y/MID ROLLER 1/2 GEAR/TERMINAL GEAR
> Remove the screw 1.
> Remove the Arm Roller Ass'y.
> Remove the Terminal Gear and Mid Roller Gear 1.
> Unlock the support 2 and remove the Mid Roller Gear 2.
CLAMPER ASS'Y/DISC GUIDE ARM/DISC R LEVER
* Unlock the support 1 and remove the Clamper Ass'y.
* Unlock the support 2 and remove the Disc Guide Arm.
* Unlock the support 3 and remove the Disc R Lever.
When installing the Clamper Ass'y, check if the Clamper Ass'y is locked correctly as Fig

PUBLIC MODE SETTING PROCEDURE
How to start Public Mode
There are the following two ways to get the public mode setup screen displayed.
1. Press the “INPUT” and “VOL (+)” keys on the set at once and turn on the power.
2. Get the password input screen displayed.
Procedure
The input starts with the leftmost digit.
Use the numeric keys [1] thru [9] and [10/0] keys on the remote controller. The other keys are not acceptable.
With a numeric-key input, “–” will change to " * ". The input position will move one digit to the right.
With all the 3 digits entered, the password will be verified.
The 3-digit password is now verified.
The password [0] [2] [7] provides for the public mode screen. (This screen comes on with whatever adjustment process settings.)
With any other passwords, the screen changes to the normal mode.
In the adjustment process mode, turn on “PUBLIC MODE”. Also press the “CH (Up )” and “VOL (+)” keys on the set at once and turn on the power.
Public Mode Setting Values
With the factory settings made, the public mode settings get initialized. (The adjustment process remains intact.)
Public Mode Menu [The guidance is not displayed onscreen.]
Setup procedure
To move the cursor up and down, use the “cursor UP/DOWN” key (remote controller) and “CH (Up )/(Dn )” key (remote controller and set).
To change the settings, use the “cursor RIGHT/LEFT” key (remote controller) and “VOL (+)/(–)” key (remote controller and set).
To save new settings, keep the cursor at “Enter” and use the “cursor RIGHT/LEFT” key (remote controller) and “VOL (+)/(–)” key (remote controller and set).
How toexitPublic Mode
There are the following ways to quit the public mode setup screen.
Turn off “PUBLIC MODE” in the adjustment process mode. ( * ) ß This way alone is not for quitting the setup screen, but for quitting the mode itself.
Turn off the power with the “POWER” key. ( * )
Select “ENTER”. ( * )
Move the cursor to “RESET” and press the “FLASHBACK” key. (Back to the normal mode screen) ( * )
* “PUBLIC MODE” stays on in the adjustment process mode.
** The settings will be back to the factory ones.
Factory setting [ Performing the factory setting using the remote control for adjustment]
Perform the factory setting using the remote control for adjustment. (This setting must be done after the MCL data setting.)
M” stands for factory setting 2, “X” stands for factory setting 4 is displayed in the upper left portion of the screen by continuing to press the ‘Factory Setting’ key on the remote control for adjustment. (The figure below is the screen for factory setting 4.)
When “SETTING COMPLETE” is displayed in the middle of the screen after a few seconds, setting is completed.
Turn off the power.
NOTE: Set the Power switch to “OFF” immediately after completing the factory setting.
CAUTION: Do not plug on again after shipment setting is done. If do, please re-do the shipment setting. Do not power off with remote control.

Entering the adjustment process mode
There are 3 ways as follows
After power-on, press "ADJUSTMENT PROCESS" key of the remote control.
With the KEY 4 (pin E1 of IC801) set to "L", turn the power ON.
During servicing {While holding down the TV/VIDEO and Volume DOWN keys at the same time, set the Power switch to ON.} (“K” standing for inspection process mode is displayed in the upper left portion of the screen.) > Press the Channel DOWN and Volume DOWN keys at the same time. (The adjustment process mode screen appears.)
To cancel it, turn off the power using the Power switch or remote control.
Key operation in the adjustment process mode [Basic operations]
Tune in to a station using the Channel UP/DOWN keys.
Switch the input using the TV/VIDEO key.
Select an item to adjust using the Cursor up / dn keys. (Pressing the Cursor key while at the bottom item moves to the top item on the next page, and pressing the Cursor ‘up’ key while at the top item moves to the bottom item on the previous page.)
Adjust the item selected using the Volume +/– or Cursor left/right   keys.
Press the Menu key to move to the next item. (Pressing the Menu key while at the bottom item moves to the top item on the next page.)
Press the Manual Memory key to return to the top item. (Pressing the Manual Memory key while at the top item moves to the top item on the previous page.)
Press the Auto Preset key to move to the top item on the next page.
Layer movement
Pressing the ENTER key while at an item other than I2C DATA and HOTEL POWERFIX on page 2 moves to the setting page of that item name.
Press the Flashback key to exit each setting page.
Adjustment procedure for RGTAR, GGTAR and BGTAR items on pages 3, 4, and 5 of the DVP layer
At RGTAR, GGTAR, and BGTAR on pages 3, 4, and 5; pressing the Volume UP/DOWN or the Cursor left /right keys moves left or right.
Select an item to adjust, and press the Direct Channel "12" key.
As the Cursor moves to the corresponding right field, make adjustments using the Volume UP/DOWN or the Cursor right /left keys. Pressing the Direct Channel "12" key at the right field moves back. Pressing the Cursor up / dn keys, the Menu key, etc. moves to a different item.
Initialization
Pull down the pin E1 & F3 of IC2001 to GND, then turn on the power.
Check MODEL (A654MA).
Inch Size Setting
Enter Adjustment process Mode
Press volume down and channel up simultaneously. This will bring cursor ' right ' to 'INCH SIZE'.
To set inch size '32', press '1' on remote control. This will change 'INCH SIZE' to purple color for 25sec.
Cursor 'right ' then will go up to 'MODEL'. If yellow highlight is still remaining at 'INCH SIZE', process inch size setting is NG. Check the hardware inch size selection.
Adjusting the LCD panel [Flicker adjustment]
When replacing the LCD control PCB, follow these steps to adjust VCOM.
Enter the adjustment process mode.
Select the item [VCOM ADJ] using the Cursor (up/dn left / right ) or CH (up / dn ) keys on the remote controller.
Press the OK key to check that the adjustment pattern is displayed.
Adjust the flicker in the middle of the screen to minimum using the Cursor (left / right ) or CH (up / dn ) or VOL (+)/(-) keys on the remote controller.
Press the OK key to turn off the pattern.
To exit the adjustment process mode after the adjustment is done, unplug the AC cord from the outlet to make a forced shutdown. (When thepower was turned off with the remote controller, once unplug the AC cord and plug it again. In this case, wait 10 seconds or so before plugging.)
CAUTION:Use due care in handling the information described here lest your users should know how to enter the adjustment process mode.If the settings are tampered in this mode, unrecoverable system damage may result.

HOW TO ENTER SERVICE MODE
While pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button of the main unit, press [INFO] button of the remote control three times within 2 seconds.
Key command

Service tool mode

Press [OK] button on the remote control.
Display of SOS History
SOS History (Number of LED blinking) indication.
From left side; Last SOS, before Last, three occurrence before, 2nd occurrence after shipment, 1st occurrence after shipment.
This indication except 2nd and 1st occurrence after shipment will be cleared by [Self-check indication and forced to factory shipment setting].
POWER ON TIME/COUNT
Note : To display TIME/COUNT menu, highlight position, then press MUTE for (3sec).
Time : Cumulative power on time, indicated hour : minute by decimal
Count : Number of ON times by decimal
Note : This indication will not be cleared by either of the self-checks or any other command.
To Exit Disconnect the AC cord from wall outlet.
Hotel mode: Purpose
Restrict a function for hotels.
Access command to the Hotel mode setup menu
In order to display the Hotel mode setup menu, please
enter the following command (within 2 second).
[TV] : Vol. [Down] + [REMOTE] : INPUT (3 times)
The Hotel mode setup menu is displayed.
To exit the Hotel mode setup menu; Disconnect AC power cord from wall outlet.
Explain the Hotel mode setup menu : Use the self-check function to test the unit.
> Checking the IIC bus lines
> Power LED Blinking timing.

Self-check indication only
Produce TV reception screen, and while pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button on the main unit, press [OK] button on the remote control for more than 3 seconds.

Produce TV reception screen, and while pressing [VOLUME ( - )] button on the main unit, press [MENU] button on the remote control for more than 3 seconds.
To Exit Disconnect the AC cord from wall outlet.

POWER OUTPUTS FROM SMPS
On Condition : In a moment of Power_ON Signal activated, the current of 3.5V output should be limited within 40mA(Max) at LCD TV condition for stability.
Do not turn “Power_ON” Signal on at the load condition of 3.5V output, more than 40mA.
Total regulation for each output circuit includes the results of input voltage variation, load variation, warm-up drift and temperature change.
Stand By Power Consumption
Output Voltage 3.5V -  (STBY) 12V -  24V
POWER ON  Vcc Circuit ON/OFF  High : Vcc ON _ Low : Vcc OFF
PROTECTIONS
Short circuit protection between different output terminals is not considered.
Trip point for over voltage indicates the operating point when the output voltage slowly increases.

TO ENTER SERVICE MODE [Factory Mode]
To enter Factory Mode [Service Mode] press OK-OK-MUTE-OK-MUTE-MENU
White balance & Luninance adjustment
Approximately 30 minutes should be allowed for warm up the unit before proceeding white balance adjustment.
Connect power cable for Chroma-C210 and K8256, then start industrial PC;
Connect Chroma-C210 and 480i signal source to PC in their Power off status;
Connect one terminal of 480i signal cable to the signal source, the other one should be in suitable condition;
Power on all signal sources,
Focus the camera lens on 0-cal (closed) while turn on Chroma-C210, press 0-CAL for calibrating
00 channelafter the panel digits of Chroma-C210 flash, focus the camera lens on MEAS; meanwhile, the lens close to TV.
Operation Steps:
a. Connect the signal cables to the corresponding input jack.
b. Color temperature adjustment:
1.  Press “MENU” button to enter OSD, and complete the following processes:
Power saving: OFF
Select picture vivid;
Activate picture reset function
2.  adjust White Balance for cool temperature;
Select Cool color temperature in the OSD menu, and press OK-OK-MUTE-OK-MUTE-MENU to enter into factory mode;
Exchange Timing 78, pattern 45 (480i, 65% white) for K-8256, fix GG=240, decrease RG, BG (if G<240, B=255), X=0.2728+/-0.002
Y= 0.2660+/-0.002 (RG, GG, BG<=255).
Exchange TIMING78

Exchange Timing 78, pattern 45 (480i, 65% white) for K-8256, if GG or BG or RG≥253, adjust the other three factors to make X=0.2900+/-0.002
Y= 0.2920+/-0.002 (RG, GG, BG<=255).

DISASSEMBLE
> Lay the monitor face down on a stable, soft and level surface with the Tabletop Stand hanging over the edge of the surface.
> Remove the six screws as shown on the left, and remove the Tabletop Stand from the unit.
> Remove the screws marked in red and then disassemble the back cover.
> Remove the screws marked in red to disassemble the shield.
> Remove the screws marked in red to disassemble the main frame and the adapter board.
> Remove the screws and then remove the bracket stand.
Remove the screws marked in red and then the main frame can be disassembled.
Wring down the screws of locked the panel, and then you can see the bare panel.

FIRMWARE UPDATE PROCEDURE
Set up the driver
1: First set up MProg 2.3/Drivers/CDM_Setup.exe, After set up, the PC can identify the CV2232.
2: Plug the USB port of the CV2232 to the PC, Set up the user settings.  Open the MProg 2.3/ EEPROM_DATA/ MSTAR.ept, then point the
button  put the data update to the EEPROM.
3: When update the software, please dip switch assigned to the end DEBUG.
Such as the picture connection
1 Make sure the CON2 (USB port) is connected with PC support 5v power for CV2232.
2 Using the VGA wire to connect the VGA-OUT with the VGA port of CV318.
3 The position of the button such as the picture. ALL down!
4 Last, make sure the CV318. plug into 12V power.
SOFTWARE TOOL
The software update tool is ISP_TOOL V4.4.0.4of Mstar: ISP_TOOL V4.4.0.4.exe, This software is portable software , no install ,direct copy the file to PC ,t hen you can use it , if the hardware is connected , please according to this step to update the software.
SETUP
If it is the first run the program, need setup ,point “Connect”button:
Point “Connect”button , If the hardware board plug into 5V power. ISP_TOOL V4.4.0.4 will be auto select the USB port. You must select the speed yourself, but the max speed not to exceed more than the 420KHZ. The picture as that is OK.
Select the Flash style, point the“Connect”button, the software Tool will be auto select the Flash. Then the connect is OK, you can go to the next step.
Point “Read”, read the program need to burn.
Point ”Auto”button ,enter burning interface Now ,point the interface of the ”Run” button ,can begin to burn the program at once . At the burning process ,make sure the TV power already connect and in boot-strap state.
Caution: if you operate the step 3, can’t select the device type, such as First , make sure the wire is connected, check the hardware. And check the CV119x plug into 12V power.Then you can pull out the USB port ,and insert the USB port once again, as well as the plug power of CV318, or close the ISP_TOOL V4.4.0.4 , and open it.Time after time. And check the speed don’t be more than the 420KHZ, reduce the speed.
Upgrade by U-disk
1 Format the U-disk(remark: pls save all the date in the U-disk before format)
2 Copy software to the U-disk root corresponding (software :bin document)
3 Insert U-disk into SERVICE interface on condition of turn off power
4 Power on and then procedure can upgrade automatic.
5 After upgrading ,disconnect U-disk ,upgrading will be finish when restart power (upgrading finish after blue light stop glinting )

SERVICE MODE
> Set both the brightness and contrast to 0.
> Hold down the <Button>(Enter, Source) button for five (5) seconds.
> The SVC Function OSD will appear.
>
To exit the SVC Function OSD, you have to turn off the power.
The SVC Function OSD consists of a 29 (width) X 12 (height) grid.
The SVC Function OSD shows the information, software version and Micom checksum.
Service Mode (Moving around)Each time the + button is pressed, menu is selected. Then, you can adjust sub menu with – button.
Service Mode [When replacing the panel]
After replacing the panel, select the Panel item and then hold down the Menu button for five (5) seconds.
The Ch. No. of the panel will increase by one (1) and the time information will change to 0.
* HDCP Hotplug : used when HDCP Video contents are not displayed. In case that monitor is connected to some bad device which does not comply with standard.
* HotPlug Time : If Hotplug is turn on, when monitor power off/on or changing to the DVI, hotplug pin goes to the low. This function controls this time duration.
Though Hotplug is turn on monitor can’t displayed, adjust this time duration
Default is 9 (means 0.9 sec), can control 5 to 50.
HOW TO EXECUTE DDC
> Click the Open icon
> Select Two EDID
> Select a DDC file.
> Select week
> Click Next (OK).
> Enter the serial number and press the Enter key.
> After entering the analog data, repeat the procedure above 2 to 5 times to enter digital data.
TO EXECUTE MCU CODE
Options Checking.

TO ENTER SERVICE MODE


  • Press {Brightness => Freeze => Menu} by remote control,  or {Menu + Select Up} keys on the front panel of the TV to enter Service Mode.
  • Use 'Ch Up | Ch Dn & Vol Up | Vol Dn' keys to select an item to adjust and chang the data value to selected item, respectively.
FIRMWARE UPDATE

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT.
  • PC & Pixelworks upgrade program
  • RS-232 cable.

Connect the RS-232 cable to D-sub 9 pin  (Com Port) of the SET PC module and computer's com-1 port.

Execute the program of Flash Update & choose 'yes' at the first screen.


Choose "VTEK.inf".  Then choose "Flash"


Do not press 'Cancel', at this time should shut down the power of the PDP set [Mains switch], and power On again, then the program will download the firmware automatically.



After finish, panel will automatically reboot itself.  When the blue screen appears, the process is all finished.
  • Make sure that the firmware is the customer's version.
  • Do not Power Off during download, especially is the BootClde File.

SETUP PROCEDURE


By entering Device Code
You may setup the URC by the following code entering instructions.
  1. Refer to the DEVICE CODE LIST, look up the 4-digit Device Code which corresponds to the brands of your A/V equipment. If there are more than one Device Code listed under your brand, try from the first code.
  2. Press a desired Device Mode Key (e.g. ).
  3. Hold down “ P+ ” and “ VOL– ”on the URC together simultaneously for 2 seconds until the indicator lights up.
  4. Use the number keys to enter your 4-digit Device Code, the indicator should go out immediately.
  5. Turn on your device (e.g. TV), try the function keys on the URC. If your device (e.g. TV) responds to your invoked function correctly, you have entered the right Device Code. Otherwise, repeat the above setup instructions with the rest available Device Codes until your device (e.g. TV) responds to your invoked function, and most keys work correctly.

Simply repeat the above procedures to enter the Device Codes for your VCR, SAT, DVD or CTV. (Remember to press a correct Device Mode Key in step 2 above).

SETTING UP THE REMOTE TO CONTROL OTHER SOURCES.

  • The universal remote control provided with your CineMatespeaker system can be programmed to control your TV, cable/satellite box, VCR, DVD player, and Digital Video Recorder (DVR) such as TiVo brands or ReplayTV brands. With the CineMate universal remote, you can enjoy the convenience of using only one remote control for all your home theater equipment.
  • In order to control your TV and other sources with the universal remote control, you must program the remote with a five-digit device code for each source.

TO CONTROL TV

The steps below show how to set up the remote to control your TV. To set up the remote to control other sources, you will need to follow the same procedure, using the appropriate device code and source button for each source.
  1. Locate the TV section in the CineMate Universal Remote Device Codes list by the above linked site
  2. Locate the five-digit device code(s) for your brand of TV and start with the first one.
  3. Press and hold Setup on the remote until all five source buttons light up.
  4. Press the TV source button. Only the TVsource button will remain lit.
  5. On the remote keypad, enter the first device code for your brand of TV.
  6. Check that the TV source button blinks twice and turns off after the code is entered.
  7. Point the remote at your TV and press TV On-Off. If your TV does not respond, go back to Step 1 and try another code.
Follow the same procedure for each of your other sources, using the appropriate device code and source button for each source.

Note: During programming, the five source buttons will flash rapidly three times if you press an invalid key or enter an unavailable device code. If this happens, go back to Step 1 and start over.

USING THE REMOTE TO WATCH TV
  • Press On-Off to turn on the CineMatespeaker system. The green LED on the front of the Interface module will light.
  • Press TV On-Off to turn on your TV.
  • Press the TV source button. The button will flash to indicate that the remote control is in TV mode.

PROGRAMMING DEVICE CONTROL


The One For All 3 Device Universal Remote Control is preprogrammed at the factory to operate an RCA TV, a Toshiba DVD player, and a Motorola cable box.To control devices other than the default brands,perform the following steps; otherwise skip this section:

  • Turn on a desired device (e.g.,VCR or DVD player) and, if applicable, insert media (e.g., cassette or disc).

NOTE: Please read steps 2 through 4 completely before proceeding. Highlight or write down the codes and device you wish to program before starting step 2.
  • On the remote control,press a device key once (i.e., DVD/VCR,CBL/SAT,or TV).

NOTE: To program control of a VCR, PVR (or DVR),TV/VCR Combo, or TV/VCR/DVD Player Combo press DVD/VCR once.After programming a VCR Combo device, you will be able to control channel selection, volume, and VCR functions.

NOTE: To program control of a DVD Player,DVD Player/VCR Combo, or TV/DVD Player Combo, press DVD/VCR once.After programming a DVD Combo device, you will be able to control channel selection, volume, and DVD functions.

NOTE: To program control of a Cable Box, Cable Box/PVR (or DVR) Combo, Satellite Receiver, or a Satellite Receiver/PVR (or DVR) Combo, press CBL/SAT once.

  • Press and hold SET until the LED(red light) blinks twice, then release SET.
  • Use the Manufacturer’s Codes [CHECKTHIS SITE] to locate the type of device and brand name and then enter the first four-digit code for your device. If performed correctly, the LED will blink twice.

NOTE: If the LED did not blink twice, repeat steps 2 through 4 and enter the same code again.
Aim the remote control at the device and press POWER once. The device should turn off. If it does not, repeat steps 2 through 5, trying each code for your brand until you find one that works. If it still doesn’t work, try  CODE SEARCH METHOD

NOTE: If the device does not have a POWER key, press PLAY
Repeat steps 1 through 5 for each device you want to control.

CODE SEARCH METHOD

For example, to search for a code for your TV:
  1. On the remote control, press TV once.
  2. Press and hold SET until the LED(red light) blinks twice, then release SET.
  3. Enter9 - 9- 1.TheLED will blink twice.
  4. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate between pressing POWERand TV. Stop when the TV turns off (after pressing POWER).  If the device does not have a Power key, you can substitute another function, such as digits 0~ 9 ,CH UP or PLAY).

NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code first.
  • To lock in the code, press and release SET.TheLED will blink twice.

To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps 1 through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for the device you are searching for.
